These terms are between you and [BUSINESS NAME], a small book studio in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). They apply when you use snowdropandsparrow.com, our library and the files you get from us. Nothing in them takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.

Using the site

Browsing, reading the sample pages and trying the colouring, puzzles and drawing on this site are free. The sample pages are here so you can see a real book before you buy it; please don't copy them off the site.

Our books and files

Every book, page, picture, character and file is our work and stays ours. When you get a printable from us, you may print as many copies as you need for your own household or classroom, or for an activity group or story time you run at a care home, library or community centre. Please don't resell, share or upload the files, or use our pictures or characters on anything you make to sell.

Buying from us

Prices are shown in US dollars or Canadian dollars, and the tax is worked out at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. We sell to customers in Canada and the United States. A printable is yours to download as soon as your payment goes through. A printed book is printed to order and sent by mail; the checkout shows the shipping charge and the usual delivery time before you pay. Our refund policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.

If you buy one of our books on Etsy or Amazon, that shop's own terms and refund rules apply.

The library

The library is free for anyone who owns one of our books. It is for your own household. We will keep it running and improve it, but we may change or retire parts of it; anything you bought here stays downloadable for as long as the library runs, and we will tell you by email before we ever close it.

Please keep your sign-in links to yourself, and don't try to get into anyone else's library or to overload or copy the site.

Our letters

If you join our letters, we send about one email a month: a free colouring page and news of new books. You can leave with one click from any letter.

Links to other shops

Some buttons take you to Etsy or Amazon. We are not responsible for those sites, but we are always glad to help if something goes wrong with one of our books bought there.

If something goes wrong

We take care that the site and the files work, but we provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, beyond what you paid us for the item concerned. This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there. If we change them, the date at the top changes; the terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
